We offer five luxury rentals cottages on Black Lake. These cottages are rented by the week only (Sat. to Sat.) from May 1 to September 30.
Lakeside Cottage (#1 - 4):
- Spectacular Waterfront Location on the Black Lake Southern Shore
A Premier Fishing and Boating Destination in North New York.
- Sleeps Six (6)+:
- Bedroom with queen bed
- Bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (with mattress pads)
- Bedroom with one bunk bed (with full mattress)
- Living area with 2 futons
Please bring your own linens, towels, and pillows.
- Furnished Kitchen:
Stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and utensils, standard cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner.
- Includes:
Color TV, heat pump with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
- Bathroom with Shower
- Outdoor Amenities:
Outdoor Grill, Campfires are allowed and firewood is available, and picnic table.
- Pets Prohibited
- An additional $10 per extra person (beyond 6) will be charged extra per person, per day.
- Heat pump and A/C unit included!
